RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for returns and exchange
​Customers can initiate a return or exchange request within 3 days of product delivery.
​To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must 
​Be unused and in its original condition
​Have all original tags intact
​Be packed in its original packaging.

UNPACKING PROOF

  • We strongly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking your order. This ensures proof in case of missing, defective, or damaged items.

RETURN PROCESS

Reverse Pickup

  • If reverse pickup is available in your area, we will arrange it free of cost.
  • All products must pass a quality inspection during reverse pickup
  • Non-Serviceable Areas
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
  • We will reimburse ₹50 for self-shipping costs.

Self-Shipping Guidelines

  • Ensure the product is securely packed with the Order ID and registered mobile number mentioned on the package.
  • Share the courier tracking details with our support team to initiate the process.

REFUND POLICY

For Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., bank card, UPI).
  • Refunds will be initiated within 24-48 hours after the product passes quality checks and will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

For COD Orders

  • Customers must provide a UPI phone number to receive the refund. Alternatively, a coupon code for the refund amount can be issued, valid for 12 months.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

  • Customers can cancel or modify their order (e.g., change size, address, or product) before dispatch.
  • To request a cancellation or modification:
    • Use the Manage Orders page on our website.
    • Contact our support team via email (info@btcwearables.com)

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Photos or videos showing the issue.
    • Your order details for verification.
  • If the parcel appears torn, damaged, or empty, we recommend not accepting the delivery
